It’s Friday! And today I bring you a brand new kind of post – a weekly meal plan and grocery list. Some of you reading this may have already joined my Mailing List (join on the right!) and have been receiving weekly meal plans for months now, but I decided I wanted to share the wealth with all of the blog readers as well. I want everyone reaping the benefits of healthy meal planning made easy!
Each Friday I will be posting a post just like this, with new meals for you to try throughout the upcoming week. The best part – I provide a printable grocery list with every single ingredient you’ll need for each recipe. For me, making my own personal meal plan and grocery list every Sunday takes time and a lot of effort, so it’s my hope that this saves you some valuable weekend time.
