Happy New Year ya’ll! 2015 was an exciting blur and I can’t believe it’s over. Mitch and I planned our wedding, got hitched, we moved to Houston, we both changed jobs, and then I started this blog and my nutrition practice. It’s been a whirlwind, but the best whirlwind, and I honestly can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store. Bring on the new year!
