It’s Fridayyyy! I’m sitting here eating paleo quiche for the 4th morning in a row and loving it. In an effort to try to stabilize my blood sugar and prevent constant snacking, I’ve started to try to eat a good amount of protein in the morning. I also have a new goal of eating within an hour of getting up, which I think is doing the trick. If you haven’t tried my new quiche recipe, it’s a must, and perfect if you struggle with motivation to make breakfast every morning like me!
What’s everyone up to this weekend? I think we’re laying low tonight with Netflix, then heading to Dallas tomorrow night for dinner with family and seeing some friends. My friend’s husband loves donuts and coffee, so they’re taking us to their favorite spot Sunday morning. Which reminds me of the most ridiculous dream I had the other night. I was sort of in and out of sleep so this dream was super vivid. I opened a donut shop, in the shape of a donut. Then, my donut shop had it’s own Insta account and only received 15 likes, so I started to think my donut-shaped donut store was a bad idea. All in all, I think this dream means I really do love donuts as much as I thought, and I am consumed with social media.
But anyways, after partaking in Dallas donut Sunday, I’ll need this meal plan. Enjoy!
