It’s back to school season for all the kiddos and moms and dads out there! I am currently kid-less, but I can imagine how hard it is for parents to keep healthy snacks around the house for hungry kids before and after school. This list should provide you with some easy, nutritious options for breakfast, lunches and snack time that you can feel good about giving them. Most are paleo, and all are dairy and gluten free!
